What is your refund policy?

Small Group/Non-Private Event Refund Policy:
We always want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your scavenger hunt after it has been completed, will will work to make it right! We do not provide refunds for weather or other instances where you are not able to do the scavenger hunt because our tickets are valid for up to two years when you purchase through our website. You can also use your ticket in any of our cities! Season passes and multi-day passes cannot be refunded after the first scavenger hunt. We are not responsible for failures or delays in delivery due to weather, incorrect delivery address provided, or circumstances outside our control.For large group events, please see your invoice.
